WELCOME TO LYNDALE PARK
Lyndale Park is a twenty seven-year success story. It is a beautiful 520-acre village farm near the township of Tallarook in central Victoria (easily accessed by the Hume freeway). It is called a "village farm" because when you buy in, you purchase outright your own one-acre house lot and also, through our Owners Corporation, a one-thirtieth share of the whole property, including our extensive recreational facilities. To date, over twenty houses and cottages have been built in our village by both weekenders and permanent residents.
A resident farm manager runs Lyndale, and he reports to owners via the Owners Corporation.
Farm Life
While Lyndale Park does not own commercial flocks or herds of animals we often have cattle on our land.
Recreation
From its inception Lyndale Park was planned to provide complete lifestyle facilities.
Environment
We have planted over 12,000 native trees at Lyndale Park, and most are now reaching maturity.
